What began as a small repair expanded into a full-home siding replacement with new gutters, upgraded window and door trim (lineals), and an overall refreshed, cohesive look.

Client’s Goals and Concerns

Initially, the homeowner just wanted to replace the damaged siding on the back of the house. However, they decided to replace the siding on the entire house to update its look. The main goals were to use Alside Odyssey Plus siding in the color Deep Moss, add new lineals around the front door, windows, and garage, and install white outside corners. A concern for the homeowner was making sure the yard was completely clean of nails because her kids play outside.

We also confirmed and ordered extras like the finish trim and corner pieces needed for the new lineals and corners. Our Production Manager approved the job quickly to start the material ordering process and queue the crew.

We also provided a document on how to prepare the home for the project, setting clear expectations from the start.

Implementation Process

We also wrapped the home with DuPont Tyvek HomeWrap for moisture protection before installing the new siding.
– Cleanup and Completion: The cleanup process was closely monitored after the homeowner raised a concern about nails in the yard. Our team ensured a complete cleanup throughout the process. Separate teams handled the final touch-ups, including the gutters.
