Heartland Roofing, Siding and Solar is has high standards. We are your qualified restoration contractor with a proven track record of success. We strive for perfection in damage evaluation, scope-of-repairs, and insurance claims processing, and it is our goal to work with you to return your property to pre-storm condition. By choosing Heartland Roofing, Siding and Solar as your preferred vendor you are guaranteed the following services:
- A Dedicated Restoration Consultant that is responsible for all aspects of getting your property back to pre-storm condition, including: damage evaluation, insurance adjuster meetings, scope-of-repairs, material selection, craftsmanship, explaining your rights and implementing your special instructions. In addition, your restoration consultant will provide guidance on how to work successfully with your mortgage provider if they are listed as a co-signer on the insurance payments you receive.
- A Technically Skilled Quality Manager for your restoration project supervision. All removal and the application of new material must be done correctly the first time. Our job-site supervision and final inspection process ensures this happens. From the procurement of the building permits, to full understanding of all pertinent regulatory building codes and final clean up; your insurance claim dollars will be put to good use and you will receive quality craftsmanship.
- 24-hours-a-day, phone and e-mail Homeowner Service Center If your Restoration Consultant or the Quality Manager assigned to your job are not immediately available you can reach our Homeowner Service Center to get your questions answered. Day or night we are here to earn your trust.
- Homeowner Service Center Scheduling Prior to commencing construction you will be notified of your project start time by way of email and/or telephone. Most homeowners prefer email communication because of the convenience. This method of communication also creates a paperless trail for your records.
- Homeowner Service Center Record Keeping When you contact our office with a question we archive all correspondence to ensure your needs are met in a timely manner. These records accompany all documents associated with your project so we can service your warranties and future needs efficiently.
- Digital Photos of your roof’s wood framing system and/or siding’s sheathing are available upon request. If we uncover rotted or damaged sheathing we will notify you & fix it; we do not work over damaged wood. If you want pictures please notify your Restoration Consultant in advance of the date of construction.
- Material Compatibility We have established material partnerships with all the major manufactures.
- Adherence to Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) workplace safety standards.
**Our ability to fulfill this guarantee is dependent on collaboration between you and your Restoration Consultant. Clear, concise, and complete information sharing is a necessity to ensure your satisfaction.
